I have been working in the retail industry and find difficult to keep existing customers. Loyalty is the one thing and I would prefer the qulaity level of the products or services matters a lot. If they trust you let them down in the matter of quality at any time then it is pretty hard for you to get them again. Quality department and customer care plays a vital role in it. In internet Marketing it is easy to evaluate but in offline marketing its prety hard.
