Leigh Ashton has been successfully selling for 27 years and having prospered through a recession or two, knows how to get things moving at times like these. Leigh is not just a trainer, she still sells, networks and pitches for business.

Using her many years experience of sales & marketing, Leigh set up The Sales Consultancy in October 1995. Her mission was to offer top quality sales and marketing expertise in a much more flexible way – to suit the client!

Leigh’s enthusiasm, energy and total commitment to achieving clients’ outcomes holds no bounds. Leading The Sales Consultancy team and guiding clients has proved to be a winning formula. One that Leigh is constantly looking to develop to ensure its continued success.

Leigh Ashton believes that the most effective sales people use psychology to achieve outstanding results and her sales training reflects this. Using her experience in sales and marketing, together with her knowledge of NLP she has created training programmes that empower all who attend to have that edge and to go on to achieve real success.

Keeping up to date with the latest developments in sales and customer service is a priority for Leigh. She makes it her business to acquire the latest techniques in sales and marketing and how these can be applied both within her business and for her clients. Her reputation as a leading authority in sales has resulted in her being interviewed regularly for tele-seminars and webinars.

Passion for her own personal development has seen Leigh attend many courses and events. Subjects covered have included time management, resource optimisation, public speaking, business marketing. She has also attended events by renowned personal coaching gurus such as Tony Robbins and Robert Dilts. Leigh’s dedication to learning all about NLP has resulted in her acquiring accreditation as an NLP Coach and NLP Master Practitioner and is also an Accredited Learning Trainer.
