Hi
I posted recently with regards the contents of a marketing report and the response was very helpful.
It was suggested not to get carried away with semantics and focus on what is right for the business. With that said it was also suggested to start with:
Findings
Conclusion
SWOT
Overall Strategy
Plan, costs and benefits as well as how it will be measured and tracked etc.
Ok so ive done my findings ! - Im not sure how to conclude without it sounding like a strategy !
Eg: A couple of my findings are 1. No focus on any online presence 2. no post event evaluation.
How can I conclude on that ? Thanks in advance.
