I have over 25 years experience across the spectrum of human resource management. An Edinburgh University graduate, I have a breadth of UK and international experience in British and Swiss multinationals, including ICI and Zeneca, with a particular expertise in change of ownership (mergers, joint ventures, alliances) and successful restructuring. Clients include multinationals, small businesses and voluntary sector groups. I’m a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
