Each company specialises in a particular area of marketing communications ranging from promotional literature, interactive projects, point-of-sale material, exhibitions, strategic thinking through to moving images and photography. The group is one of the UK's top 40 design companies and has shown consistent growth since its creation in 1995.

About the expert

15 years experience within the retail and exhibition design industry working across brands such as Alfa Romeo, Brita, Mattel and Disney. I manage a team of designers taking projects from initial briefing and creative concepts through to development, project management and implementation.

My passions range from building things, architecture, sketching and travel to being a dad.
