About the expert

I have spent more than 20 years in a variety of marketing planning, operations and communications roles and brings a wealth of both business and consumer marketing experience to the role. My specialism is the interface between strategic and tactical marketing where return on investment can be won or lost. I have worked with and in companies of all sizes from SMEs to Global Corporates and was invited to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2006. My passion is the application of cutting edge marketing tools, strategies and technologies to generate competitive advantage.
