Charles Jennings is principal director. He set up Avista Consulting in order to provide clients with a more focused and hands-on marketing research consultancy. He is an experienced marketing research consultant with 20 years' research experience in UK and international markets providing research services to major clients and research agencies. He specialises in qualitative research and projects include both business-to-business and consumer research as well as government assignments. Before setting up in freelance consultancy he spent 15 years in agency research with both specialist and major UK market research agencies developing extensive contacts and experiences from project work.
Charles is a full member of the UK Market Research Society (MRS) and practices their Codes of Conduct and quality controls. He has presented papers and workshops at market research conferences and at government and trade seminars. He is a member of the Independent Consultants Group (ICG) and the Business Intelligence Group (BIG) where he helps to organise their Forum series. Avista is a registered and incorporated company in the UK and operates under the Market Research Society's (MRS) Codes of Conduct and quality controls.
