Hi there, this is a great post! I couldn't agree more, being online is a brilliant tool for businesses and brands to show who they are and give customers the best possible experience of working with them. Personally, if I was thinking about buying from a brand or using a particular business I like to be able to Google them and find a legitimate website with contact information etc. As long as a website is simple and easy to use it can provide a great service to customers and is a great marketing tool! http://www.brandrecruitment.co.uk/

While the first reaction is "isn't everyone already online?", it's true that many aren't. There are many businesses having their existing customers or small businesses that aren't making enough to go live. it's an opportunity, but also a social responsibility, to assist them as they are last corner stones of the old neighborhood business styles.
